食品分析前処理法連載 Sample Preparation Technique of Solid Phase Extraction for Food Analysis 食品分析のための固相抽出法中心とした前処理技術 Summary 文法とスペルには自信がありませんが、 The objective of this report is to provide updated information about the technique of solid phase extraction (SPE) clean-up for pesticide residues in food analysis for gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS) screening. First, the introduction to SPE, "sorbents type", "media formats", and "basic principles" is described Second, the recently clean up demonstrates for pesticide residues analysis is described. It is explain the handling of clean up procedure to use typically SPE cartridge, "GL-PAK Carbogrough", BondElut C18, "BondElut SAX、 BondElut PSA", and "BondElut Hydromatrix Chemelut", for GC/MS screening. In this technique, a sample was homogenized with aqueous acetone or acetonitrile, filtered and evaporated to 20mL. The evaporated sample was applied to clean up multiple cartridges, eluted with aqueous solvent mixtures. The SPE clean up was used is to remove excess matrix simply and concentrate target analytes. Third, the report of automation for SPE is provided. SPE automation instruments have high demands for control of inter-day and intra-day assay in data management. Finally, it is described newly automatically Gas Chromatography (GC) injection technique, "Difficult Matrix Injection technique (DMI)". DMI-GC is unique technology to introduce high matrix food sample into capillary column without SPE sample preparation. DMI-GC needs simply preparation, for example, homogenate and filtration, prior to GC/MS injection.
